Tarragon oil, USA has an anise like aroma similar to the methyl chavicol chemo type of basil. For this reason it blends well with fennel, anise, basil and other oils of estragole and anethole type aroma. The aroma is spicy, green and sweet. The dry down can be grassy and hay-like and therefore works well with earth notes in aromatherapy blends.
